Mcdelivery *****ing money

I order from mcdelivery since i could not go myself. I order approximately R120 worth of food. I checked the app and it said my food had been delivered but I did not recieve anything. I contacted their customer support and the franchise that was supposed to deliver but they said there was no such an order. I payed with a debit card meaning they basically stole R120 from me.
