McDelivery - Service is disappointing.

I placed an order at 19h23. I followed up at 20h44 and received a call from the store (Farremere) at 20h50 to be told that the driver was on the way with my order. I called again at 21h40 to ask what was going on and the guy on the line told me he'd call all his drivers to find out. At 21h44, I get a call from the driver telling that they don't have ice tea, can they rather give me a milkshake. To my surprise my order had not left the store 2 hrs later. I asked the driver if it was possible to cancel the order, and his response was that he would ask the manager and call me back. After receiving no call, and knowing that it closes at 22h00,i call again at 21h55, and the manager tells me that he was told to cancel the order. Upon, asking when I would be refunded, I was informed that I'd have to call the call center and ask them to refund me.

It's not the first time I've had issues with McDonald's, with the previous incident having been an item left out of my order.

Utterly disappointed with McDonald's at this point!
