McDelivery Service

<p>When McDonalds started with the delivery service Brackenfell area fell under the one McDonalds in Old Paarl Road and I ordered several times from them and received excellent service. Then McDonalds decided to change the area so that I fall under Cape Gates McDonalds. </p> <p>Due to that when I want to order online and phone them to clarify why I can't select my street name on the list provided, the agent advise that I fall under Cape Gate and they don’t deliver.</p> <p>I feel that this is unacceptable as this is not my fault they split the area and that Cape Gate don’t have the delivery service. I was quite happy with the service i got from Old Paarl Road's McDonald. </p> <p>I feel that they should either combine the area or Cape Gate should start delivering as you can't advertise a delivery service, but when you want to make use of the it, say it's not possible.</p> <p>Unsatisfied customer!!!!</p>
