McDelivery pathetic service. Should call it McNoDelivery!

I used the McDelivery service for the first time and received the most ********** service. I placed my order, in the Centurion JHB area just after 11:30 and was to be delivered by latest 12:15. Called the call centre around 12:20 to query the progress on my order only to be told its on its way. Called the call centre again at 12:40 as I still did not receive the delivery to be told that its on its way. I ended up going out on my own to get my lunch. Got back to the office and had my lunch. Its now 13:40 and the delivery still has not arrived. Pathetic service!!!!
