Mcdelivery is useless

I have had a few issues with Mcdelivery since moving to Johannesburg. Tonight I placed an order for delivery and added my card details hoping if would quicken the process as compared to let time when I resorted to cancelling the order and refusing to accept it. After an hour the order status hadn't changed I called the McDonald's in question and they tell me the order won't come through their online facility is not working. Why then does it accept the order if it's not working. Furthermore the lack of customer care and understanding is revolting to say the least
