McDelivery is so unreliable

On Thursday (15 December), I placed an order for food using McDelivery. The app is unreliable because you can't even call the driver.

The driver got to my office and never called because "he didn't have airtime", that is all fine no worries because I eventually found him.

My order had an orange juice, never received that, couldn't even call the driver back to enquire about it, logged it but still no response from the McDelivery team about this juice of mine.
