MCDELIVERY IN SHAMBLES

Hi I ordered a big mac meal from your jansen park office because I was starving.your branch is about 3 km from my office,I made the order at 11:20 and expected it at latest half 12 ,Its 13:15 now and the food still; has not arrived !!I called your care line and they told me it has already been delivered and that they could not get hold of the office,this is preposterous,really disappointed with this service or lack there of.I expect to be remunerated for my time and efforts!!!
