Mcdelivery - Horrible service and turnaround time

I placed an order at 12.05 midday. Its now 2.40 in the afternoon and still no delivery despite being assured that the driver had left with our order ( 45 minutes ago ). Its been exactly a little over 2.5hours since i placed the order.

This is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats worse is that there are so many posts on bad delivery from Mc Donalds so what are they doing about it??????

Highly irrate and not at all impressed.
