Mcdelivery drivers be crazy

Last night after placing an order on Mcdelivery i thought nothing as my order showed a delivery time between 19:20 and 19:35pm, well that was cool until i received a call from the delivery driver to ask me if the place i put as delivery address is in johannesburg, this was the first alarm bell at 19:00 and i asked will he still make it in time to deliver by the stipulated times 1) When inserting your address it asks for surburb, street address,number,city etc... So why would Mcdelivery route an order to a Mcdonalds that is not in its jurisdiction 2) Again when inserting your address you have to choose your address from a drop down menu that shows the city and city code and exact address if not you insert it manually 3) I get another call from the driver asking for directions which i am happy to oblidge and i think nothing of it. 4) At 19:33 i recieve a call from the driver the line cuts so i call him back and try to direct him from where he is so he is now still asking is this area in johannesburg to which i am astonished once again but i direct him as he is close enough and say i will meet him outside so that its easier 5) Now im standing outside its 19:46 i try to call no answer eventually i get hold of him and he does not know where he is so I get my boyfriend to walk with me to see where he is and now we running as we are worried about the driver being lost but anyway we eventually find him and say to him "Do you think it's fair that we have to pay for an order that is 30mins later than stipulated time it is now 20:05 " he proceeds to get very aggresive and says he wants his money waving his hands in my face and to which i say i will give it but i just dont understand how he could lost because i had seen a mcdelivery bike in my street that very day and fail to see how he could get lost do they not have gps ??? So then he is in the height of his rant and in telling him to give my food,its late,im hungry,i had to run almost 5km from my house to find this man and then he is rude and just drives away with my food... I had to then make another plan at 8:30 to go and find food spending more money than i needed to as i dont have a car so if i did i would just have driven to the mcds now im really upset as this driver cost me so much more than the R207 i was gonna pay for my mcdonalds order. And obviously the complaints and customer service line is not open on the weekends so i need to vent this out here and watch how absolutely nothing is done about the driver and his incompetence.
