McDelivery and their dishonesty.

I am applauded at the service received from McDelivery/ McDonalds Norkem Park. This is my third delivery order that they have delayed by an hour, and claim that it has been delivered on time, only for me to have to call McDelivery and for them to advise that the order is only leaving the store an hour after the maximum estimated time, and after the store started that it's delivered... I'm truly dissatisfied at this false updates and lack of honesty by McDonald's.
