McDelivery and Customer Care (Bad service)

Macdonald's delivery service in Benoni Town and the customer care centre is absolutely pathethic and useless with their service. I have placed an order online yesterday at 17:30pm and driver only arrives at 18:40pm. To start off with, order was placed and progress took forever to update online and than suddenly at 18:08pm it shows all green to advise that order is complete and delivered, but still no driver when estimated delivery time was 18:05pm. How is this possible, when the driver gets to me well after almost half and hour, no sense at all. I have tried calling customer care and the first lady just says, ok I will call the store and find out how far is your order, without even asking me for any personal details, absolutely bad service. When I eventually called back again, the second lady takes my number and promises to follow up with the store and call me back and does not, very frustrating. When the driver finally arrives and I tell him how bad this service is getting, his got nothing to say. I advise him to please call the store manager, so that I could speak to him and he says to me he can't call and the manager will not do anything. I don't understand how can a manager do nothing when a customer complains. To be very honest, why offer a McDelivery service which customers pay for and you can't deliver the good service. To think of it, you get some food places that deliver for free and they never late and order is always correct.
