McDelivery A useless tool

Why must a client call a branch for deliveries if they have this delivery site? how often are all the items out of stock? If i had to go to Mc Donald's right now, and they tell me they have no food? what exactly would i order? So the site claims they have no food, I have to call around to get numbers for head office and the likes, because the phone is always engaged at Waverly! do they not own a landline? Take a look at this nonsense. Thank you
