MCDELIVERY A SHAMBLES!!!

<p>McDonald's Fourways provide the most shocking delivery service. The Management Team (both day and night) are compulsive *****. I did an online order at 18:07 - time is 19:32 and order is yet to arrive. On the system is says the order has been received, but nothing has been done as yet. Call the call center and they say that the driver has been dispatched. Only after I called, did it change to "in progress". This is the fourth time in the last month, where we have had shocking service and constant lies from this branch! If you cannot provide this service efficiently and effectively, then maybe you should give it up! I wouldn't give you half a star, as this stage!</p>
