Mcdelivery ****!

Rating is no star at all....I placed an order (***) from work in randburg for me and my friend around 12:07 showed will arrive at 12:40...when I checked around that time it changed the delivery time to 12:55, tracking order status was delivery in progress then around 13:01 it showed order delivered, no call nor text received. I emphasized on the order that they must call. Went to the security thinking maybe they tried calling but failed and left our order there...dololo there was nothing, security even advised no bike came. Went back and called the ***spoke to Nicole who advised she also sees its delivered, she said she will call store and get back to us, been waiting (13:51) and still are....tried calling another number that called us back ending with 090 spoke to Sydwell who advised was from the finance mcdelivery he said he cannot trace the card details so we must give him the card details so he can refund.....hanged up cause didn't make sense (***** alert). Mind you we still waiting for Nicole and I have a ill friend that has to eat at a certain time due to the medication she takes...it's now 14:02. The mcdelivery app is ****😒 😑 😠 😡 Went through something sim**** last year and thought I should give them a try....see me use it again kill me! I'm so hungry and angry I don't know what to do anymore.
