McD Tsakane Mall Poor Service

Poor Service I bought Mcflurry at drive true and they dont inform me that they don't have s****s to eat the ice cream with.. only when I get to the collection point they apologize and tell me that they don't s****s. My question to them was how am I supposed to eat ice cream in a cup without a s****??? No solution given they continue apologizing , than I requested for a refund since I can't take ice cream in a cut without a s****. The procedure is: I need to bring my bank statement and the card number since I bought with a debit card...

So I must still struggle to get my money back? I would understand if I was told upfront that they don't have s****. I must go tobthe bank fir a statement and still go back to n mcd for my refund. Really is this how McD is treating their customers.... This treatment for such a big resturent. Hopefully I will get some positive feedback. Unhappy customer
