McDelivery is the worst ever. I opted for their delivery prices because the prices are the same as the shop unlike Uber eats and others but the order is still not here after waiting for more than an hour, the app still says order received and that's it. I do not know how to communicate with them as their contact center is non existent and refers you to their website where you chat to a robot that doesn't help at all. I need my money back as I paid via card. This is very bad service. Utter *******.
