McD's - NO DELIVERY - NO REFUND???

<p>I ordered for delivery online on the 22 of June at 11am, till today this order has not been delivered - i call their contact centre on the 23rd to request a refund since i paid online using my card details, and it was mentioned that i will receive my refund... its the 5th of July and still no word from them.... I called this morning to follow up on the refund - and the manager of the store was going to get back to me - its now 2pm in the afternoon???? </p> <p>Its a measy R77 - HOWEVER!!! THIS SERVICE WAS NEVER PROVIDED!!!!!</p>
