McD refusing to refund me for double charging me.

When paying at the Humewood MCD the teller had said my card declined. She didn’t give me a slip as evidence. When I checked my app the payment went through so I actually paid TWICE.

It has been over 3 weeks, I still have not received a refund. I informed them via email on the same day it happened. They don’t seem to see the urgency and importance of customer service.

I certainly will never set foot there again.

I have been to the branch physically 3 times to do a follow up. Still awaiting my money and compensation.

I’m so disappointed.
