McD Mall of Africa is BAAAAADDDD!

I am truly unhappy with you McDonalds Mall of Africa. The service is repulsive in such a manner that I can no longer go back there.

1. The first incident occurred when i purchased cappuccino, usually i request for 5 or 6 sachets of brown sugar, this one time they refused it and it was not explained to me why i was given only 2. It was only until i called the restaurant and enquired that they explained their procedures. After this incident, I realized that their demeanor had changed because they gave substandard service.

2. The second incident, i went to purchase 2 ice creams, of which the size was decreased a lot, i was not happy and I called the restaurant to ask again, the manager asked that i come and they'll give me the portion size that we are used to getting. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the team was also talking whilst the manager was addressing me, I found it very rude and in my face. For the mere fact they couldn't help me at first but felt it right to verbally attack a customer. This is wrong
