McD M1 Oasis- Disgusting Food, Disgusting Service

Id like to share my utter disgust at the customer service at McDonalds BP Oasis on N1 Tues 14th around 14:30. We were in the drive thru waiting up to 20 mins in the blistering heat not knowing why we were not informed that there was a delay in cooking times. This drive thru could have been closed or a notice put at the entrance notifying customers and giving them a choice to go inside rather than waiting in a drive thru lane that you cant get out of. It turns out the food is cooked only when you present the slip at the second window because load shedding has destroyed the ordering workflow screens, and we wait another 20 mins for this process after queuing. This awful food arrives barely cooked and tasteless. This is sheer disrespect to the public who use drive through for the very reason of convenience and quick service while on the road between meetings, Just because McDonalds cares only about profits by any means necessary and at the cost of patrons heat stroke and food poisoning by uncooked burgers. Shame on you all! I want my money back
