McD dropping their standards

<p>I’m really disappointed in the quality of the food that McD’s are supplying lately. Sunday McD’s pulled the last straw with regards to my patience when it comes to goods delivered for something that I paid for. I bought a McFeast Delux and from the picture it can clearly be seen that the bun is much smaller than the patty. I think it’s a sneaky move when you don’t have the correct stock and then just substitute it with different stock while hoping the customer won’t notice it. In the past it happened a few times that McD’s didn’t have any white sauce for the McFeast Delux. What was the solution by staff members? Just leave it out and once again hope the customer won’t notice it. You don’t sell something if you don’t have it in stock.</p> <p>These are small things that will make me stay away from McD’s. If I paid for something “don’t’ substitute it with something less expensive and not tell me”.</p>
