MC speachless

(Hello McDonald's I am very disappointed with the branch at Plattekloof. So this is the what I typed to MC donalds and I sent them an inbox and they rep**** saying they would investigate? ) Still haven't heard back from them..

Last night after a crazy day at work for both my fiance and I we decided to "treat" ourselves my fiance took the Jnr big Mcmeal and I had the new grand big mac. Now I am not one just to complain but seriously the burger had 3 pickels one shredded piece letters NO CHEESE and the middle bun was so wet and sloppy that I didn't even want to give it to my dog.. I also ordered a large and was given a small .. I have my receipt and pics should you require.. how do I take this complaint further as I won't let this slide again.. the other morning I went to the same MC Donald's in Plattekloof for breakfast and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to fill the orange juice machine?? My question to that is what are the staff doing don't they prepare before breakfast? open 24 hours so I don't understand .. I was 40 min late because 10 min is alot of time in the morning.. I look forward to hearing from you soon. The lack of customer service/care even on the social sites is appalling.

U can say it's just a slice of cheese or two but come on.. imagine you see this new burger speacil nice crunchy looking lettuce , CHEESE that is on both sides of bun.. and fresh dry looking buns and you get what I did.. wish I could post this pic.. my anger is more at the lack of customer service as I heard nothing from them. If the shoe was on the other foot mc donalds? And I didn't pay full amount of money or didn't provide a service that I paid for?
