Mc****ins and Big Tasty Gross at Pinelands

<p>This complaint is not specifically for one occasion, although this was the last straw.</p> <p>I absolutely love Mega Mc****ins, they are my favourite menu item in Mcdonalds and I get it whenever i can. I have bought multiple Mc****ins at your Pinelands branch however and they were absolutely terrible. They at least 5 of the ****ins i bought over the past few months have been burnt or cold and chewy, thrown together so its a giant mess in the packet, or just plain old tasting. Its really gross and its the only McDonalds I have been to that have served these to me. On top of this, the hash brown on one occasion was rock hard, oily all the way through and basically inedible.</p> <p>The occasion that really sparked me to send this message though was Saturday the 5th Aug. I bought a meal for my whole family at the Pinelands branch. The meal was ok for the most part, but the Big Tasty I ordered was dry with nothing but two patties on and almost no cheese in between. it was pathetic, and the store was not even busy that day.</p> <p>I am disgusted by the quality of the food that comes from this branch of McDonalds and I hope to hear that you are looking into these concerns as I generally like your food.</p>
