Mc Donlalds - missing or incorrect items received.
I recently bought at this fast food restaurant placed an order online. Told me it will be delivered an hour after the order was placed. I accepted and waited for the food to come. It did eventually and when I received the order they supp**** me a apple juice instead of a orange juice as asked for.
Now its not a big deal really because I could drink it, but its not what I wanted. The order was dropped off by reception as I was busy within the company and hence I could not send it back with the driver. I mean to place an order, everything captured online as to not get it wrong, and then waiting over an hour for delivery and getting something I didn't order ?
I made a complaint and a Mc Donald's Edenvale "Manager" phoned me back to apologise. Now all good and well, but its not good enough. Every time something is misplaced, incorrectly supp**** or missing items its always an apology. This is not kinder garden seriously, and you people need to stop playing games and get it right. Its not rocket science really. It costs a person more to come back to your establishment to exchange the incorrect goods that what the item costs, and an apology is not acceptable for a paid item and you have to incur additional costs because of your mistakes.
I see it as *****ing. As a person pays for things and you don't receive what you paid for. Regardless if you receive something ells in its place. It seems to be a trend with your establishment to do your customers in.
