Mc donals follow up got even worst

After the prompted call back i got i went to collect my meal of my last experience with them that they said i should do a week later cause i was just going to let it go but because I actually paid for it we went back !!! To my suprised a lady with the name of Faith said she can not assist me cause she did not deal with me !! I need to come back when Okuthle (one of the other managers ) is there we then ordered food again only to have missed 1 fries that wasn’t giving to us !! This is not on this is by far the worst experience ever!!!!!!! Mc donalds staff needs to either be retrained on customer service of not come to work if they dont want to help the customers!!
