Mc Donalds You Suck!!

I recently logged a complaint about Mc Donalds Evaton Plaza both on their website and on hellopeter and up until today i have not heard from Mc Donalds Evaton Plaza. Is it that they have the website for complaints and compliments as a front so they look like they care about our need as customers? I spent my hard earned money just to eat half of my food.
