Mc Donald’s worse delivery services.

I’m utterly disgusted with the service level of Mc Donald’s. I live in Birchleigh in Kempton Park and on friday I ordered meals for my family at 8pm the estimated delivery time was said to between 8:30pm-8:40pm. At 8:40pm I called the contact center and I was told my deliver had just left the store, I live literally 6 minutes away from the Mc Donald’s and at 20:55 I called again and they said the delivery person had taken a bulk and was still making his way to us. It is now 21:27 and I still have not received my order. I have lost patience because at 21:05 I got a notification that the delivery was leaving the restaurant my concern is that even with all the lies they still fail to deliver. I’m completed depleted and don’t know what to do right now as I have paid fully and still await my food.!!!!!
