Mc Donalds Westgate Mall

So I'm not one to complain publicly about my experiences. But I have had enough. This is my third bad experience that I have had with Mc Donalds in Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain. I completely understand that it's a busy time. But this is not fair on a paying customer. I ordered a beef share bag together with a strawberry milkshake and a grimace shake. I waited as my number hopped along the screen and after a while just disappeared. I went up to the gentleman assisting and asked if my order was ready. He asked me if i walked away, i told him no i was standing next to the uber drivers all the time. What ****ed me off is that I got cold food and what I did not order. I had 4 different burgers, chicken included when I ordered a beef sharebag. Instead of getting 4 coldrinks, I got 2 with the additional grimace shake and strawberry milkshake. It's not my first bad experience with this branch, but it will be my last.
