Mc Donald's very unprofessional and have no time to answer their customers calls regarding late actually no delivery on paid orders.

I ordered food via MC Delivery at 12:42pm at Mc Donald's Farremere (Great North & Mercury). My delivery time was between 13:15pm and 13:30pm.

Itnis now 14:07pm and I have tried to phone Mc Donald's aswell as Mc Delivery 39 times with no answer.

My order is now more than 40 minutes late and I am highly upset and find this highly unprofessional. I want a full refund on my card and compensation for my time and will not be ordering through Mc Donald's again.. And I love Mc Donald's which is why I am so disappointed.
