Mc Donald's Tygervally

The Mc Donald's in Tygervally has the poorest customer service. The staff are constantly standing amongst one another in groups having conversations instead of helping us as customers and they've got a very bad attitude when you confront them about not helping you. Not to mention that I order a coffee and wait a half an hour for it to arrive. Tygervally McDonald's also has a family of mice in thier kitchen , I saw first hand today when I was waiting 30 mins for my coffee a family of mice running through the hole in the front counter towards the kitchen. This is completely disgusting en unhygienic.
