Mc Donalds tokai Made my kid cry

By far the worst customer service ever.

I visited the Tokai branch today drive through placed an order then redeemed a order from my app swell, the casher took my code when telling her what I want on the happy meal she ask me to hold them told me to come to the window at the window she told me I took to long, however I did not there was still time as she placed the code in but she helped another client that was at the window before me.

I requested the manager so that we can come to a solution of the issue. The manager came and explained what I already knew. He advised the points will return on the app I said ok it hasn't yet and I understand it will return but what is the solution to the problem that we have now? he asked me if I can come back when the points show again. I told him this is my time you don't know when they giving the points back how long should I wait, all he said was if he puts it through now it going to charge me more.

What I wanted was a simple solution, customer service and the food I promised my child, instead it was a smirk and no solution for which I got frustrated as I wasn't getting a solution to a issue caused by McDonald's having a trainee on the drive through which mistakes will be made but there should have been a simple solution, something so simple as an apology and you know what sir because of the inconvenience etc here's a soft serve for your kid or a toy or an upsize on chips or something, instead the manager allowed for what should have been 4 meals become zero an unhappy client drove off with not ordering anythings.

As I drove away I noticed my 6 year old crying because he was promised mc donalds, I then turned around and went back as any parent would like to see their child unhappy. I went back to the store frustrated I took my son inside with me to show the manager how upset and full of tears my child was only then he decided here is a toy for you!!!

it costed me to turn around and come back I then bought the happy meal for my son but yet again what should have been 4 meals only turned into 1.

Sorry Mc Donalds TOKAI but the service is absolutely pathetic
