MC Donald's Tokai don't go there they are ***********

For the last for few days I've been going toc Donald's Tokai every morning and every single morning they mess this app situation up. On one instance she took the code then tells me it's no longer valid. I don't know what they did inside the meal discount did not return nor did I get any points for this. This morning I ordered a cappucino and she once again says the code is invalid. So while I'm standing there with 6600 points I leave there with 600 points and n goods. Every morning they waste my time and tell me the Same sad story about how my points and discounts will return and it never does. So why do you have this app to accumulate points when you just take it for free. I want my discounts back and my 6000 points back because I don't see why I must pay for someone else's stupidity. I lost 3 meal discounts and all my points in the space of a week. Why do you have this app if the staff themselves don't know how to do the work. Every single morning the same person the same ****. Can someone call me and return my points
