Mc Donald’s , The pavilion mall

I’m honestly very disappointed in the service iv been receiving from Mc Donald’s at The pavilion mall ! Yesterday I went to order something and I was told that they didn’t have what I wanted and it was not sold at that store /outlet by the cashier when I clearly knew that they sold it and I had to ask her to go ask the manager where she reluctantly went as if I was pushing or forcing her only to be told it was in stock and I still didn’t receive an apology for the false information!!! Then again today I went to go order the choc chip ****in only to stand for mire than ten minutes waiting, I then had to ask the cashier about my order after people that came after me where being given there order only to find that no one had even taken note of my order , having limited time and having to go to a meeting I had to leave where I was followed by rude comments of ayi muyekeni ahambe like what’s is that , is that appropriate!!!!! Worse part I had already paid for this Order that I didn’t receive and I still have my slip to prove this !!!! Disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm and bad customer service, also clearly lack of proper training and information of the staff!!!!
