MC Donalds terrible service

I Have experienced the worst service ever at Maponya mall MC Donald's on Sunday 03/03/2019 I ORDERD 3 big macs and after paying I was told to sit down and look at the screen we waited from 13.30 to 15.00 until I stood up and went too the counter and asked what was happening only to be told that they were not using the screen but that's not what I was told in the beginning and the Manager was Rude she kept on telling us that it was our fault why did we look at the screen but that's what we were told when ordering and her tone was not appropriate sounded like she was ready foe a fight
