Mc Donald's system sucks.

I have repeatedly tried to redeem the Mc Donald app offers in the drive through at several Mc Donald's across the country and it is ALWAYS a nightmare. Either the staff has no knowledge of the system or I am unable to but from the drive through as the T & C's state I can. I always wait in the drive through only to be told to do a walk in. Sometimes the offers are not even on the system. The staff is left having to explain to us customers the incompetence of the system. Mc Donald's get your ducks in a row. Do not advertise what you can not deliver. My last incident was at Vereenigng Mc Donald's and I was assisted by Laftania. Your system I'd appalling to say the least.
