Mc Donalds Sunninghill, pathetic service

This morning (06-04-2016) I visited your Sunninghill branch an ordered to burger meals, I waited quite some time for my order an eventually when I got it. It was the wrong one. I was already delayed and getting late for work. Took it back an told them it's the wrong one. The lady advised 2 min it will done, waited like 5 minutes still nothing. There was a guy busy with few delivery guys receiving stock, he said his name is Colin. Whilst waiting for my order I asked him if he can check on my order but his response was no his busy but at that time he an the delivery guys was enjoying coffee an chatting and he was very rude and when I told him but you are just having coffee n chatting, he ignored me an spoke to other guys in another language. When I got to work to try an enjoy my breakfast, the burger in the box looked like it was jus thrown into the box an given to me. This is not the first time I have experienced receiving the incorrect order or the burgers being thrown into the box. This was such a terrible experience an service received.
