MC Donald's sun valley

So MC Donald . Congratulations for allowing people to scan for points .but in the end people can redeem the point. Personal experience since day,when I down loaded this app I could never redeem points bare in mind ,this points do expire.i have tried every MC Donald's in my area but no luck .not even the staff or manger or the head manager could help me ...so useless and this happens everytime I go there..than they tell me it's an Australian app .Iean like really .what a waste .
