mc donalds sucks

I ordered mc donalds through the call center. It took them 1 and a half hours to deliver the food and it came here in wet bags , the delivery boy advised coldrink spilled on it. The delivery boy had the nerve to send a please call me when he arrived. the food was disgusting the fold over that was ordered was soggy from coldrink the chips were cold and tasted like cardboard , the mc donalds is not even 2 kms away ????? how is this possible.
