We often buy from McDonald’s in Strand, but my goodness did we have a bad experience tonight.

They got our order wrong for 5 times and didn’t allocate our points for the app as requested.

May sound like a petty issue, but after this has happened on several occasions before, there must be some type of issue of how things are run for the drive through.
