Mc Donald's south gate

I bought food online and the guy who was supposed to deliver played us,he first said he can't see the building and secondly he said he was downstairs we should come and collect only to find that he was not there and after that his phone was on voicemail,we called his manager at mc Donald South gate and the lady said she will call us when the driver is back but she never did worse she didn't answer our calls again.
