Mc Donalds Silverton Bad service provider

No 1: No petty burgers in two of the kiddies meals<br> No 2: Bad attitude from Jacky<br> No 3: No management accountability from Florence<br> <br> Went to Mc Donald's Silverton, bought a number of thing from there, drove to Mamelodi and realized that the two burgers only had cheese and tomato sauce. Went back to the branch, got no supervisor help from Jacky, asked her to check the rest of the order, didn't check the order she just checked by browsing and weighing the box of the burgers. Got home one pack of chips is missing, food is cold, and frustrated from the whole experience. complained, got a call from Florence telling me that I'm definitely not going to get my refund because it was my responsibility to check if everything was in there. So the employees at the branch are not responsible. I feel ****** of my hard earned money and nobody is doing anything to help.
