Mc Donalds serves burgers that have fallen on the floor

On Saturday 14 September between 18:00 and 18:30 I arrived and ordered 2 adult meals and a happy meal from the Durban Road Mc Donald’s Bellville Cape Town. While my husband took my daughter to the play area, I waited for the order at the counter. While waiting I saw a male employee who was making the burgers, drop the top half of a bun on the floor and then pick it up and put on back on the burger. When I saw this, I was disgusted and yelled “hey” to the back of the kitchen to get his attention. When I asked him why he put a dirty bun back on the burger, him and his colleagues responded, “but it was not for your burgers” as if it made a difference. They then went on to serve that burger through the drive through window. I am appalled and outraged by this behaviour and lack of regard for the health of their customers. This is unacceptable and this incident has negatively impacted the way I perceive your brand. I am NOT LOVING IT!
