I tried rating the service I received from the Mc Donalds in sea point I had to orders While standing the line for more than a half an hour before I could order I asked the cashier at the window 3 times to please swop out my fries for chili cheese fries I even asked her again and she confirmed yes it will be swopped out On the second order she placed a Mc Donalds bag to my order me not having the time to argue as I was in a hurry she deliberately give me the bag but she knows I never ordered the bag I tell her no ice in the cool drinks theres still ice in they remove the ice from the cup and gives me half a cool drink Her having the audacity to tell me by the window where you collect your food no there's no chili cheese fries mam I forgot to tell you

Please have a look into this matter as this was honestly the worst service I have ever received
