Mc Donald's Sandton Gate provides nonsense service

Mc Donald has just proven that they do not care about their customers. I received an sms after logging a complaint that my query has been closed without any communication or help, I guess this is what MC Donalds is they do not care at all. The manager never bothered to follow up even the superior at Mc Donalds Sandton gate. Its so sad that customers are treated like this, im very much disappointed and I know they dont care probably because my money didnt matter to them.
