Mc Donald's refused to help find lost item in store.

I had my wallet ****** at the Attebury branch of Mc Donalds and went back the next day to ask if they could review some footage to help me find it again and they refused. When calling the main branch of Mc Donald's South Africa I constantly could not get through to anyone with enough responsibility to lay a claim or do anything about it.

I continued to go back to find my wallet with my I.D and drivers license inside. They have caused me hell when being stopped by police because they pretty much did not care about the plee of a customer and it is disgusting that even when calling head offices no one bothered to try help whatsoever.

Easy to take my money but really don't care about the customer at all!! Disgusting!!
