Mc donalds PTA West church street is terrible.

To say that I am disappointed and frankly disgusted by the services I have recieved from the McDonalds in Pretoria West (church Street) is an understatement.

My boerie was literally thrown into the paper wrap. My cuppachino had NO FROTH and it was half way filled. Gosh, the mc pops were ice cold and the top layer which was not even covered in icing sugar was literally pealing off. And wasn't the pops supposed to be filled with chocolate... mine was not.

And what is even worse, I've complained about this before in person that the service was extremely poor yet there is no improvement or acknowledgement.

If this mc donalds can't keep up to to the standards of every other mc donalds I go to then please shut down or get someone else to run it.
