Mc Donald's PTA North quickly changing to Mc ***********'s soon it will Be Mc We're closed

I ordered my usual meals that i buy from McDonald's. 10:45 i phone and ask where my food is the lady over the phone assures me that it would be delivered within 7 minutes. 11:11 the delivery guy rocks up here who by the way is always friendly and i generously tip ALWAYS, With stale ice cold chips .... half full (the meal was large but i'm getting a small packets worth of chips) the burgers were built by someone who obviously hates their job it looked like someone just chucked it in there and has no respect for customer service.

They did not even bother to call or apologize for the **** SERVICE Nah.... ****it we have 100 000's of customers **** this guy right ??

This is not the 1st time Pretoria North McDonald's has let me down... I've been a customer using your delivery service for quite some time now... I am allergic to tomato COUNTLESS times 8 - 10 times they rocked up here with tomato on my burger i'd simply chuck it away or give it to someone else.... The fries are ALWAYS cold..... the drinks are either Spilled or half full... No Ice.... I don't know whats happening with this place but the people working there are either *********** or have no idea how the hospitality industry works.

From this day forward i will not be buying at any of your branches for the remainder of the time i have left on this earth... Your service has gone from remarkable to absolute junk status.... Go to Burger King Unlimited soda, Go to Steers NO STALE FRIES, Go to KFC at least their food is hot !
