MC Donald's points gone

I feel so ****** by MC Donald's, I accumulated 4000 reward points and decided to try out and redeem thier new airtime offers for the points, I redeemed via 2 x 1500 point offers each for R15 of airtime because I had a emergency and needed the airtime to make a call which never came through but all points have been taken, the next day or 2 I received a sms with instructions on how to redeem the airtime which did not work and did not resolve the issue. I logged 3 complaints as nobody was assisting me with this from MC Donald's. A week later someone calls me and is unable to resolve the issues placed me on hold twice and said they will call me back and did not do so. Disappointed with Mac Donalds after supporting them as a loyal customer the services is awful *** *** Micheal Frazenburg
