Mc Donalds Point system up to sh*t at drive thru Vincent East London

I have just about had it with Mc Donalds Vincent East London.i havehad continues issues with getting my points. They provide a service not everyone can benefit from. I have made two purchases on 15/18/12/2025 and both days I've lost out on my points. It has not happened once or twice instead plenty of times.
