Mc donalds Oudtshoorn is a disgrace

The mc donalds in Oudtshoorn basically stole my money.

I placed an order on the app on the evening of the 7th of March. I paid the order on the app. When we got to the store to pick up our order, they said it’s loadshedding now, and they don’t have a generator. Whe need to phone head office to get our money back. I phoned the same evening and the lady said I will have my money back in 5 to 7 working days. Yesterday when I phoned them at 08:00 in the morning, 9 working days has gone by, basically 2 weeks. They told me again that the store manager in Oudtshoorn will phone me. 14:00 yesterday afternoon I had to phone again because nobody bothered to call me. Yet again the same story, someone from the store in Oudtshoorn will phone you. Eventually past 4 yesterday afternoon the manager phoned me and told me that the owner will call me. Its now Friday morning. The owner never bothered to call me, and I still don’t have my R445.80 back.

Disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Please don’t support Oudtshoorn mc donalds
